Cascade Public Media, which operates KCTS 9, is searching for a Staff Accountant. This position provides stewardship of Cascade Public Media’s financial resources through finance and budgeting to reach more people, build a great organization and inspire a smarter world.
The Staff Accountant is responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including but not limited to: overseeing all personal and professional service contracts, preparing and maintaining records for year-end audit, generating revenue and expense entries for grants, producing financial reports for internal and external project managers/clients, coordinating with other staff to track royalties for CPM intellectual property, working with the Controller to maintain the fixed asset system, taking initiative to increase knowledge and skills from the Controller and Finance & Budget Manager.
