Kitsap Transit is looking for highly motivated individuals who will, among other tasks: schedule passengers with recurring and one-time special transit needs, assign trips and prepare daily manifests for established paratransit routes, modify routes to accommodate special transportation needs, assign trips and vehicles to maximize efficiency of routes, dispatch and provide work direction for operators, evaluate daily service hours and flow to maximize efficiency of service, receive and respond to operator calls regarding vehicle problems, and maintain on-time operator performance.

This is a full-time position with generous benefits, including subsidized medical insurance, fully-paid dental insurance for employees and dependents, PTO, disability and life insurance, and participation in the Washington State Public Employees’ Retirement Plan. The range for this position is $25.86 – $34.78 per hour, commensurate with experience.
