OCA-Greater Seattle is welcoming the community to the 2014 Golden Circle Awards and Lunar New Year Banquet on February 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Joy Palace Restaurant.

Golden Circle awardees include Bettie Luke, International District Emergency Center (Donnie Chin), and the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority. A Special Achievement Award will be given to Joyce Pisanont.

OCA was founded in 1973 with a vision of uniting Chinese Americans across the United States into one representative voice. Today, OCA has transformed into a national organization dedicated to advancing the social, political, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans in the United States.

OCA is not-for-profit, non-partisan organization representing over 10,000 people nationally, including affiliates, college affiliates, Young OCA, OCA Young Professionals, and general membership.
