Over 100 people gathered at the Nagomi Teahouse on February 29 to celebrate and give thanks to outgoing King County Assessor Lloyd Hara for his many years of public service. Hara has had a 40-year career in Washington government. He was the first Asian American in many of the positions he filled, including King County Auditor, Seattle City Treasurer, and Seattle Port Commissioner. Photos by I.E.
