Open Arms Perinatal Services is seeking a passionate and talented Development Manager to support our critical mission: providing transformational community-based support for families through pregnancy, birth and early parenting, to nurture strong foundations that last a lifetime.
The Development Manager will work closely with the development team and the Board of Directors to develop and implement creative strategies to increase donor engagement and giving. The successful candidate will excel at both the art and science of great fund development work – high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build systems and use data to strategically support the management of individual, foundation, government and corporate donors.
