The Kollaboration movement has officially hit Seattle and leaving an everlasting imprint in the hearts of the youths. This epic night took place on October 23, 2010 at the Auburn Performance Arts Center, WA, where Asian Pacific Islander youths gathered to cheer on their fellow contestants: The Melancholics, Samuel Shin, Black Mamba, Kings, Gowe and Nina Seong, Hip Hop Anonymous, the audience favorite, Sola Yun, and of course, the grand prize winner, Erin Kim. Kollaboration is a nonprofit Asian American based youth talent competition. Taken their roots in L.A., now Kollaboration has moved through over ten U.S. cities with the goal of empowering API youths through providing a platform for them to showcase their talents. This was the very first Kollaboration show in Seattle, tickets were sold out the day before the show with over 1100 confirmed attendees. The International Examiner has put together some amazing highlights from the show, congratulations Kollaboration Seattle for inspiring the API youths of the Seattle community and starting a new generation of legacies!
