The Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month Celebration happens on Sunday, May 1 from 11:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Seattle Center Armory. Admission is free for this family event.

Come see your favorite local performing groups, such as drill teams, cultural dance groups, taiko drummers, vocal groups, fashion shows and more. See informative API Community displays and enjoy children’s activities.

Also back is the Annual Celebrity Hum Bow Eating Contest featuring: Fred Brown, Ana Mari Cauce, Enrique Cerna, Siemny Kim, Jerry Lee, Eddie Rye Jr., Rep. Sharon Tomiko Santos, and Jill Wakefield.
