In conjunction with the festival, Seattle Parks and Recreation will celebrate the launch of a Troops for Fitness grant, a two-year grant program from The Coca-Cola Foundation and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), which provides hiring opportunities to military veterans to instruct community fitness and nutrition classes through local park and recreation organizations.
