Seattle, WA – Ron Chew has been named the ICHS Foundation’s new Executive Director. Chew most recently headed Chew Communications, a Seattle-based consulting firm specializing in fundraising and capacity-building for non-profit organizations. He also served as the Executive Director of the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience for over 17 years.

“Ron brings with him over 30 years of working in the Asian Pacific Islander community as an executive director, fundraiser and mentor, and I am excited that he has agreed to lead the ICHS Foundation,” says Charles Wu, Board President for the ICHS Foundation.

“I am honored to have this opportunity to work on behalf of an organization that has an incredible 37-year history of community service. This is a very challenging time for community-based health care. The need for affordable care is growing and even more urgent than before. I look forward to working with others to build new resources to ensure that ICHS is able to maintain this safety net for our community,” adds Chew.

The ICHS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation established to provide philanthropic support to International Community Health Services.
