Community members, advocates, volunteers, and supporters gathered Sept. 22 at a beautiful waterfront home to celebrate the social service agency’s milestone anniversary. Helping Link serves the local Vietnamese American community, teaching ESL and technical skills, directing new immigrants, preserving cultural activites, and facilitating inter-generational relationships.
