Maiko Winkler-Chin was selected as the Executive Director of the Seattle Chinatown International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDpda) following a national executive search process. Winkler-Chin was previously the SCIDpda Director of Housing and Facilities. Winkler-Chin has over ten years of experience in community and economic development including affordable housing management, asset management, real estate development, and finance.
