Kinokuniya Book Store (Seattle) hosts Lori Tsugawa Whaley who will perform live storytelling of ancient Japanese folk tales. From The Mouse Bride to Maneki Neko, her repertoire includes many classic Japanese folk tales for all ages to enjoy through the art of puppetry. The event is being held at Kinokuniya Book Store Seattle located at 525 Weller St., Seattle, Washington 98104 inside Uwajimaya on Sunday, March 9, 2019, 2:00 and 4:00 PM.  This event is free and open to the public.

Lori Tsugawa Whaley entertains and informs as she brings ancient Japanese folk tales to life with her unique and animated storytelling style using puppetry, singing, dancing, and occasionally speaking Japanese.
