How do I get tickets?
● Tickets can be purchased online at www.seattleaaff.org. You can print your tickets at home and bring them with you or show your ticket on your mobile device.
● Buy a full festival pass online at https://seattleaaff.org/2020/festival-passes/. The pass gives you priority access to all films and Opening Night Party. The VIP Pass also gives you access to the VIP Bar at Opening Night Party, our VIP Room, and the VIP Party.
● Tickets can be purchased in person during festival hours at our box office in the theater lobbies but many sessions will sell out online so tickets are not guaranteed to be available for purchase on-site. We recommend buying tickets online in advance.

What if the screening I want to attend is sold out?
If advance tickets are no longer available, you can line up for rush tickets that will be released at guest services in the theater lobby 10 minutes before showtime. This is highly recommended as space oftentimes will become available.

Take Exit 164A for Dearborn St. toward James St./Madison St. Keep right, follow signs for Madison St./Convent Pl. Merge onto 7th Ave. Turn right onto Madison. Turn left on 12th Ave. The Northwest Film Forum will be on your left past Pike St.
Washington Hall is located in the Central District.

● Seattle Central College’s Harvard Garage at 1609 Harvard Avenue (at E. Pine Street) is open and available 24/7.
● Free parking is available at the Richmark Printers lot on 11th and Pine, just east of Cal Anderson Park. Parking is not guaranteed.
● An affordable pay parking lot is available 3 blocks from the Northwest Film Forum at the Greek Orthodox Church at 13th and Howell.
● Street parking is metered from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., Monday – Saturday, and free all day on Sundays.
Are the films in English?
Most films are in English. There are subtitles for non-English segments in the films.
How do I interact with SAAFF and filmmakers?
We will have panel discussions and Q&As with filmmakers after most screenings. Filmmakers oftentimes make themselves available for discussion in the lobby, and many will be in attendance at the Closing Night Party which is free for all to attend.
Can I go to the Opening Night Party if I can’t make it to the Opening Night Film?
Yes! If you can’t make it to Seadrift but want to attend the party, doors for the party at Washington Hall will open at 9:00 pm. You can purchase tickets for just the party at the door or online at https://seattleaaff.org/2020/special_events/opening-night-party/
Are the theaters ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible?
Northwest Film Forum and Washington Hall are ADA accessible. Broadway Performance Hall has an elevator currently under repair with no clear date set to finish repairs.

We’ll have the lobby open for the duration of the festival, where you’ll find:

And don’t forget the all ages Closing Night Party at Rhein Haus that is free for all to attend!
Is there food available at the theaters?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the theatre at Broadway Performance Hall. At Northwest Film Forum, there is a concession stand and beer is available for purchase. Many restaurants are within walking distance of the theaters.
