The City of Renton seeks competitive bids from vendors and/or independent contractors, to install and maintain hanging flower baskets in the Downtown Renton business district from May 15 through October 31 of 2022, 2023, and 2024.

The city wishes to purchase, have installed, and have maintained 120 hanging baskets with full, vibrant, and hearty plant materials suitable for the downtown area.

The City will review all proposals for completeness and compliance with the terms and conditions contained in the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to award a contract based upon available budget.

Interested parties will be required to submit a proposal package as outlined in the RFP no later than January 30, 2022.
