Bollywood dance group Live2Dance is presenting a Bollywood dance showcase in conjunction with Sukarya, a nonprofit that works to ensure access to healthcare for women and child in India, and the Redmond Indian Cultural Association to raise money for healthcare in India. All net proceeds will be donated to Sukarya’s USHA project impacting slum dwellers around Dehli.
Organizers hope that the show helps promote Indian culture and spread the joy of Hollywood dance to everyone, regardless of age, gender, religion, and nationality. This will be Live2Dance’s biggest project so far and first flagship production.While the tour is coast-coast, the benefit production will take place on Saturday, June 30 at New Port High School Performing Arts Center at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at this link.
